TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON REQUEST TO RETURN GOOODS TO KALAHARI KANVAS

  1. No returns will be accepted unless this document has been completed and faxed to the Quality Supervisor
  2. All products carry an implied warranty of 6 months. Proof of purchase to be included with all claims.
  3. No goods will be accepted if the customer has loaded stock onto the transporter’s vehicle, without prior arrangement with Kalahari Kanvas. The customer will be liable for all transport charges if the above is not adhered to.
  4. Any goods returned invalidly, will be for the customer’s account.
  5. All goods will be checked and thereafter decision on action will be made
  6. No goods will be accepted for repair, replacement or credit if the product does not sell, or is shop soiled
  7. If the item is still in its original packaging, within the warrantee period (6months) and with valid reasons, it might be considered for credit
  8. All details on CRR001 to be completed on each return, for easy tracking of complaints and follow up for customer service purposes.
  9. Photos will be taken of each return, to validate claim
  10. Items collected or returned that does not belong to Canvas and Tent, will be for the customer’s account
  11. Kalahari Kanvas will not be held liable for any claims should the product not be erected according to installation instructions, being tampered with or repaired by the customer within a one-year period, from date of purchase
  12. Older goods can be repaired – at a cost – and on pre-approval from customer

THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND RETURNED TO KK BEFORE GOODS WILL BE CONCIDERED FOR COLLECTION
